CAMPER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
TRAINING - VIRTUAL
Summary: A comprehensive training which will enhance individualized camper support within the context of your existing program.
Topics will be applicable to helping all campers succeed, with a focus on individualized behavior supports and interventions. Expectations of specific support roles, typical types of challenges with these roles and methods to address them, behavior reporting, and how to know to ask for help will all be covered.
Ideal for:

All front-line staff if your camper population is heavy on behavioral needs or has many participants who are neurodiverse and/or in need of additional support

Front-line staff at any camp who are working as "Inclusion Specialists," "Behavior Specialists," or similar roles, such as smaller-ratio support positions for children with extra needs

Specialized MESH roles (Mental, Emotional, and Social Health) such as camp-wide behavior specialists or camp social workers, including those who work only part-time or by consultancy for the camp

Agency or organization representatives who are hiring MESH staff for one or more camps
